Scouts ship from sunny Florida all around the world with tracking!*

Orders get shipped out within 2-5 days of being placed.

Please double check your shipping address before checking out and after ordering. Shop updates can be a little hectic, so if you notice that you messed up your shipping address, please reach out to me ASAP! If an order gets returned to sender because of an incorrect address, I can reship it to you, but you will have to pay reshipment costs.

Inside the US:

USPS Ground Advantage: FREE!

USPS Priority Mail: $5 USD

  • Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days
  • Free tracking and $100 insurance included

International:

USPS First Class Package International delivery times and rates vary by country

  • Estimated delivery in 1-4 weeks
  • For up to 3 scouts prices range from $20-35 USD
  • For 4 or more scouts prices range from $30-60 USD

*according to USPS, "free tracking for major countries". I have yet to ship to a country that wasn't provided with a free tracking number, but I wanted to mention this just in case.

Important: I try to provide as worldwide shipping as I can. At times USPS has shipping restrictions to some countries. Please check the link below to make sure shipping to your country is not on USPS's restricted list:

International packages may be charged a VAT tax or customs fee upon delivery. Those fees are to be paid by you, the customer.

Do you offer refunds/returns?

Refunds and returns will be handled on a case by case basis. 

If you place multiple orders that can be shipped together I will reach out to you via email asking if you'd like me to combine the packages. If applicable, I'll refund you the excess shipping.

If your order has not yet been shipped and you have good cause for needing a refund (such as an unexpected medical bill, family problem, or emergency) please reach out to me here: bobbinscouts@gmail.com

If your order has already shipped then in most cases, refunds/returns will not be allowed

If your order arrives damaged due to my error, such as stitches came loose and stuffing is pouring out, then please email me with pictures of the damage. I can either walk you through how to mend it yourself if you'd like, or you can send it back to me for a free repair (I will pay for shipping to and from). 

If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to the shipping company, then it is up to the customer to file a claim with USPS. If the damage is repairable, like above, you can send it back to me for a free repair (however, shipping to and from will be covered by you, the customer).
