How/when can I buy your plushies?
If you're looking for scouts, you've come to the right place!
The best way to stay up to date on scout and shop announcements is to follow me on Instagram. Announcements for shop updates will always be available in my insta bio. If no date is listed, then it means I'm in the middle of working on a new plushie collection and will update this as soon as I have decided on a date!

How much does a scout cost?
Right now my scouts are starting at $120 USD. Some may be more than that if I add lots of bits and bobs.
If my prices seem high, please remember that these little cuties are all handmade by me, myself, and I. The prices cover not only my time creating, but also supplies, website fees, and time spent promoting on social media, packaging, and admin.

Do you offer customs/commissions?
Currently, I don't take commissions. However, I am looking to offer some spots in the future! I just need to figure out the best way to offer them *haha*!

What size are the scouts?
They stand about 6-7 inches tall and have an 11 inch wingspan.
Winged scouts have weighted beads in their wings while hatchlings have weighted beads in their tummies. They'll usually weigh about 4-6 ounces.

Where do you ship to/from?
Scouts ship from sunny Florida all around the world with tracking!

I try to provide as worldwide shipping as I can. At times USPS has shipping restrictions to some countries.

Do you offer refunds/returns?
Refunds and returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
If you place multiple orders that can be shipped together I will reach out to you via email asking if you'd like me to combine the packages. If applicable, I'll refund you the excess shipping.
If your order has not yet been shipped and you have good cause for needing a refund (such as an unexpected medical bill, family problem, or emergency) please reach out to me here: bobbinscouts@gmail.com
If your order has already shipped then in most cases, refunds/returns will not be allowed
If your order arrives damaged due to my error, such as stitches came loose and stuffing is pouring out, then please email me with pictures of the damage. I can either walk you through how to mend it yourself if you'd like, or you can send it back to me for a free repair (I will pay for shipping to and from).
If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to the shipping company, then it is up to the customer to file a claim with USPS. If the damage is repairable, like above, you can send it back to me for a free repair (however, shipping to and from will be covered by you, the customer).
